Kshema General Insurance Limited has appointed Rajiv Singh Bhadoria as its Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, he will oversee operations to optimize processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and drive strategic growth, leveraging his extensive experience in India’s insurance sector.
Rajiv Singh Bhadoria brings over two decades of leadership experience in insurance. He spent more than 17 years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, rising through senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head of CDA, focusing on business transformation and operational excellence. Earlier, as Head of Agency, he strengthened distribution networks and agency operations, and as Zonal Business Head, he led strategy and execution for the East Zone, driving business expansion and performance.
Prior to this, Rajiv worked at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head – East, managing the tied agency business for the East Zone. He played a pivotal role in scaling regional operations, expanding customer outreach, and establishing sustainable growth models in a competitive market.
Rajiv holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, equipping him with strong strategic, leadership, and operational expertise.
