Finco Technologies Private Limited has appointed Samudra Amunugama as its new Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he will lead revenue growth initiatives, develop business strategies, and strengthen customer relationships as the company looks ahead to its next phase of expansion in the IT solutions and integration sector.
Samudra brings with him more than two decades of experience, having built his career at Softlogic Information Technologies Private Limited, where he worked for 22 years across various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing in the Enterprise User Computing division. In this position, he was responsible for strategic business initiatives, customer engagement, and managing high-performing teams.
Before this, samudra held positions such as General Manager for Enterprise User Computing for four years, Assistant General Manager for five years, and Manager of Sales and Marketing for three years. Earlier in his career at Softlogic, he worked as Assistant Sales Manager and Manager of Customer Accounts, where samudra contributed to expanding the company’s client portfolio and boosting revenue. He began his journey with Softlogic as a Sales Executive, building the foundation of his expertise in sales and customer engagement.
Prior to his long career at Softlogic, Samudra spent more than five years with Sampath Bank PLC as a Banking Assistant, where he gained valuable experience in financial services, customer relationship management, and operational efficiency. This early exposure laid a strong base for his growth as a sales leader and revenue strategist.
