Prudent Insurance Brokers, a composite insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Manvinder Kaur as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy and play an important part in supporting its growth plans.
Kaur brings over two decades of experience across multiple industries with strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, performance management, organisational development, and talent management. Kaur has been recognised for building high-performance cultures, driving leadership development initiatives, and leading transformational change in organisations.

Before joining Prudent, she spent nearly seven years with ICICI Lombard General Insurance, where she led Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. Her earlier career of more than 14 years spans across various sectors, giving her valuable cross-industry perspective. She holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
