Kyndryl, one of the world’s leading providers of mission critical IT services, has announced the appointment of Prashobh Chandralayam as Vice President and Global GCC Leader.
In his new role, Chandralayam will lead Kyndryl’s Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, driving operations at scale and advancing innovation to support the modernisation needs of global enterprises.
With over two decades of expertise in consulting, digital transformation, and scaling GCCs for Fortune 500 clients, Chandralayam brings strong industry knowledge to his new position. His focus areas will include expanding service offerings for GCC customers, enhancing innovation and operational excellence, building future ready talent and partnerships, and unlocking fresh opportunities for strategic collaboration.
Highlighting the evolving role of GCCs, Lingraju Sawkar, President of Kyndryl India, said, “India’s position as a global technology hub is strengthened by GCCs that are leveraging AI driven insights to solve product, engineering, and operational challenges.
