NEOM has announced the appointment of Rohit Bhagat as Head of People Strategy, where he will lead strategic projects across all regions, sectors, and entities of the futuristic giga project. In this role, he will play a key part in shaping NEOM’s people agenda, organisational design, and culture transformation to support the project’s ambitious vision for sustainable living.
Rohit Bhagat is also the Founder and Chief Culture Curator at Culture Crucibles, a firm dedicated to redefining cultural maturity in organisations through innovative approaches to organisation building. He has made significant contributions as an Organisation Transformation and Change Leader at a global consulting firm, managing large scale transformation programs for leading entities, including those backed by major investment funds.
He has also served as an Organisational Excellence Advisor at a renowned advisory company, where he led transformation projects for investment entities and advised public sector organisations on people practices, process excellence, and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, as Principal Solution Architect at a global technology company, Rohit worked on leadership development, organisational transformation, and HR maturity frameworks, extending his influence through thought leadership and government engagements worldwide.
Previously, he was the HR Transformation Practice Lead at a major investment company, driving talent development, AI driven skills mapping, digital talent strategies, and portfolio wide mobility across eighteen operating companies. His career spans leadership roles at prominent organisations including global retail, consulting, transportation, and industrial groups, building a strong portfolio in HR transformation, culture change, talent development, and organisational excellence across multiple regions.
With his extensive experience, Rohit Bhagat is expected to significantly impact NEOM’s workforce strategies and help shape the future of work within the mega project.
