blackNgreen Launches EVA, India’s Advanced Voice-First AI Customer Experience Platform

blackNgreen, one of India’s home-grown telecom solution providers, has unveiled “EVA,” an advanced voice-first AI product designed to deliver intelligent and personalised customer experiences at scale. The product, developed entirely in India with a cumulative investment of ₹40 crore, operates seamlessly in more than 95 languages and adapts in real time across enterprise platforms.

EVA introduces five interconnected avatars that redefine enterprise-customer engagement:

  • EVA Customer Care – Transforms contact centres by enabling intelligent, human-like interactions, database integration, and omnichannel support. It reduces costs by up to 50 percent, improves satisfaction, and supports industries such as BFSI, FMCG, and Telecom.

  • EVA Ask Me Anything – Brings AI to the most universal interface: a phone call. It allows users to ask questions ranging from daily help to specialised queries without requiring apps or digital literacy, bridging the digital divide.

  • EVA Personal Assistant – A patent-pending AI tool for call management. It integrates with calendars to book meetings, blocks spam, and summarises missed calls on WhatsApp, addressing the global challenge of 600 billion spam calls annually.

  • EVA Virtual Receptionist – A 24/7 AI-powered receptionist that manages, routes, and prioritises calls with integrations to over 70 CRMs and ticketing platforms, ensuring consistent handling of high call volumes.

  • EVA Sales Agent – An AI-driven sales partner that engages customers using advanced analytics, lead qualification, and upselling capabilities to improve conversions and revenue while delivering a human-like experience.
