EXL has appointed Abhijeet Srivastava as Director – Organizational Change Management, highlighting his expertise in enterprise transformation, culture change, and large-scale people initiatives across global organizations.
This appointment marks a return to EXL for Srivastava, who began his HR and learning journey at the company as Senior Executive in Organization Development, leading competency-based training and content design. He returns after a 15-year career spanning senior roles in digital transformation, HR strategy, and change leadership.
Before rejoining EXL, Srivastava served as Strategic Operations Director at GAIN Credit, overseeing organizational effectiveness and transformation strategies. He also held the role of Manager Advisory at PwC India, delivering complex change programs, training interventions, and stakeholder alignment strategies across industries.
He further served as Director – All Things People at actyv.ai, driving talent, HR transformation, and leadership initiatives in the deep-tech sector. Srivastava has also held leadership roles at UiPath, Novartis, PropTiger.com, Agilent Technologies, and American Express, supporting learning and development strategies and organizational growth.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier HR institutions.
