Sash.Ai Launches 350 Agentic AI-Powered Agents to Transform GCC Operations

Sash.Ai, an AI-first services and solutions company, has announced the launch of more than 350 domain-specific intelligent Agentic AI-powered agents designed to transform how Global Capability Centers (GCCs) function, scale and deliver value. The launch comes at a time when enterprises and GCCs are moving away from AI trials and are focusing on practical, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable results.

The company was co-founded by AI industry veterans Biddappa Muthappa and Shabareesh Raj, who bring decades of enterprise experience. Sash.Ai aims to redefine enterprise AI with solutions that are very different from generic chatbots or copilots. These new AI agents are built to reason, adapt and act independently across real business processes, including finance, procurement, analytics, sales, reporting, customer support, human resources and more.

“We didn’t just want to build theoretical tools,” said Biddappa Muthappa, Co-founder and CEO of Sash.Ai. “We wanted to create autonomous agents that can embed intelligence into enterprise workflows from day one, delivering measurable value and helping GCCs strategically transition into AI-first organisations.”

Speaking about the development, Shabareesh Raj, Co-founder and Chief AI Officer, said, “After working on more than 1,000 enterprise AI projects, we have distilled those learnings into production-grade, domain-specific agents that not only generate content but also automate workflows, analyse data and take intelligent actions across connected systems.”

Sash.Ai follows a ‘problem-first’ approach, which ensures that AI adoption is closely aligned with business needs and the AI maturity level of each GCC. This allows clients to deploy impactful AI agents immediately while also preparing for long-term AI transformation.

Along with Agentic AI, Sash.Ai also offers a wide range of services including AI consulting, generative and Agentic AI solutions, modern data engineering, and advanced analytics and decision intelligence. Its AI agents are designed to solve real enterprise challenges such as invoice processing, automated business reporting and intelligent customer support, delivering significant business outcomes.

To support its rapid growth and strengthen its Agentic AI expertise, Sash.Ai is expanding its workforce. The company is hiring for multiple roles, including data scientists, AI engineers and full stack developers, as it looks to scale its enterprise offerings globally.
