Patrick Bussinger has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Principia, marking a new chapter in his leadership journey with the company. He steps into this role after serving as Director of Capital Markets and Head of Credit B2B. His return to the executive team is expected to strengthen Principia’s financial strategy and long term vision as the company continues to expand.
Before taking on the position of CFO, Patrick played a key role at Principia by managing capital market strategies and B2B credit solutions. His earlier career experience spans several leadership roles, including structured credit at PJUS XP Asset. He also served as Partner and Head of Debt Capital Markets and Investor Relations, as well as Partner and Head of Pricing and Credit Strategy at Creditas.
Patrick has also been actively involved with GVAangels as a member, where he contributed to early stage ventures. Additionally, he worked as a Partner and Equity Trader at Pollux Capital. His foundation in finance was built in investment banking as an Analyst at BTG Pactual, where he specialised in securities and corporate transactions.
In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, Patrick will oversee financial planning, capital strategy, and growth initiatives at Principia. With extensive expertise in capital markets, credit structuring, and investor relations, he is well positioned to reinforce Principia’s mission of providing seamless finance enabled education solutions.
