Apple Set To Launch Powerbeats Fit Earbuds Following iPhone 17 Event

Apple is preparing to introduce a new addition to its audio lineup with the upcoming Powerbeats Fit truly wireless stereo earbuds. The company teased the product in a new video posted on YouTube, just ahead of its “Awe Dropping” launch event on September 9. Alongside the iPhone 17 series, the event is also expected to showcase the Apple Watch Series 11 and AirPods Pro 3. The Powerbeats Fit is likely to follow shortly after, arriving in Fall 2025.

Launch Timeline

The teaser video shared by Beats carries the tagline “Fit for every move” and highlights the earbuds’ design, which appears tailored for active users. The Powerbeats Fit looks similar to the Beats Fit Pro, featuring a compact in-ear design with silicone wingtips for a secure fit during workouts and movement.

While an exact release date has not been announced, the teaser suggests a Fall 2025 launch, which could mean a debut in the third week of September or within weeks of the iPhone 17 unveiling.

Expected Features

Although Apple has not confirmed detailed specifications, the Powerbeats Fit may inherit several features from the recently launched Powerbeats Pro 2. This could include heart rate monitoring, active noise cancellation, and an IP rating for splash and sweat resistance. With its design and focus, the earbuds seem to be aimed at fitness enthusiasts and users with active lifestyles.

The Powerbeats Pro 2, which launched in India earlier this year at Rs. 29,900, comes with advanced features such as active noise cancellation, voice isolation, and personalised spatial audio with dynamic head tracking. It also offers an IPX4 rating, an Apple H2 chipset, and a heart rate sensor. Battery life is rated at up to 45 hours with the charging case, which supports both USB Type C and Qi wireless charging.

If the Powerbeats Fit mirrors these features, it could become one of Apple’s most versatile options in the TWS category, combining performance with durability for everyday use.
