Accenture has announced its plan to acquire NeuraFlash, a consulting leader in Salesforce and generative AI. The move is expected to expand Accenture’s agentic AI capabilities and deepen its presence in the global mid-market segment.
NeuraFlash brings a strong record of innovation with more than 1,000 implementations for over 400 customers. Through the deal, about 510 professionals and over 2,000 certifications will be added to Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group across North America, Colombia, and India.
“This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities and allow us to better serve the mid-market, in direct alignment with Salesforce’s strategic direction,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and Salesforce Business Group global lead at Accenture. She noted that the combination of Accenture’s deep industry expertise with NeuraFlash’s generative AI solutions will help clients accelerate the adoption of enterprise AI.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Massachusetts, NeuraFlash has developed expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, AWS, and generative AI-powered solutions across digital, voice, sales, and service transformation.
“Joining forces with Accenture will help us continue to scale, amplify our impact globally, and expand our gen AI capabilities,” said T. Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash.
By combining NeuraFlash’s innovation with its global reach, Accenture aims to lead the next wave of AI-powered transformation. The acquisition will reinforce Accenture’s leadership in Salesforce and agentic AI solutions, enabling businesses across industries to unlock new opportunities with advanced digital and AI-driven tools.
