FUJIFILM India Pvt Ltd has inaugurated a new 56,000 square foot facility in Gurugram, marking an important step in its long-term strategy for the Indian market. Situated on the 8th floor of Tower A, Building 5 in DLF Cyber City, the modern office features 350 workstations and immersive product zones dedicated to Electronic Imaging Devices, instax™, and multifunction printers.
The facility is designed to be more than just an office. It includes an integrated service centre for Electronic Imaging Devices, optical products, and instax™ cameras, along with a dedicated contact centre for the Medical Systems Division. This setup aims to deliver faster customer support and reduce turnaround times while strengthening FUJIFILM India’s operations in healthcare, imaging, electronics, and business innovation.
Sharing the company’s vision, Koji Wada, Managing Director of FUJIFILM India, said the new space reflects the brand’s global purpose of “Giving Our World More Smiles”. He underlined India’s importance as a key growth market while highlighting the company’s focus on innovation, service, and collaboration.
Adding to this, Navneet Ahluwalia, Head of HR and Administration, explained that the design of the workspace goes beyond traditional office layouts. It has been built to encourage collaboration, employee engagement, and seamless use of integrated technologies.
With this expansion, FUJIFILM India enhances its capacity to serve customers and reinforces its position as a trusted partner across its main business segments. The new facility not only supports operational efficiency but also strengthens the FUJIFILM India’s presence in India’s industrial and manufacturing landscape.
