Opus Technologies has appointed Nischala Murthy Kaushik as its Chief Marketing Officer. With more than two decades of global experience, she brings deep expertise across strategy, technology and marketing.
Nischala began her career as a technologist, where she worked on developing technology solutions for clients such as HSBC, MasterCard, Charles Schwab and Credit Suisse. Over the years, she transitioned into leadership roles that combined her technical knowledge with strategic marketing.
She has previously held C-suite positions, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Fresh Gravity and at HFS Research. Prior to this, she spent over 20 years at Wipro, where she held multiple leadership roles across marketing and innovation. As Global Marketing Director for the CTO Office, she was responsible for driving global positioning in emerging technologies including blockchain, robotics and open source. During this time, she also built strong thought leadership partnerships and led more than 100 global campaigns and speaker sessions.
Nischala’s work has spanned brand transformation, corporate storytelling, demand generation, Account Based Marketing, analyst engagement and establishing a strong digital presence including LinkedIn influence. She has also been instrumental in leading corporate innovation programmes and strategic marketing initiatives for new services and business growth.
With her appointment at Opus Technologies, Nischala is expected to drive brand positioning, enhance global visibility and strengthen marketing strategies to support the company’s growth journey.
