Lumio has officially launched its Arc 5 projector in India, aiming to provide an affordable and easy home cinema experience. Priced at ₹17,499 as part of its introductory offer on Amazon, the Arc 5 is designed for families, students, and anyone looking for a simple big-screen setup without the need for expensive installations.
Weighing only 1.33 kg, the Arc 5 is highly portable and can be moved easily around the house or carried on trips. It delivers a display of up to 100 inches with Full HD 1080p resolution and HDR10 support for vivid colours and clear visuals. The projector uses Lumio’s ArcLight engine, which is sealed and dustproof, ensuring durability for Indian homes where dust can often be a problem.
One of the standout features is its software support. The Arc 5 is Google TV certified and comes with native Netflix, giving direct access to over 11,000 apps including Prime Video, YouTube, and JioHotstar. This eliminates the need for external streaming devices or sideloading apps. Powered by the MTK 9630 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, the projector promises smooth navigation and reliable performance.
Audio is handled by built-in 5W speakers with dual passive radiators and Dolby Audio support. This makes it capable of producing good sound quality without needing an additional sound system for most rooms.
