Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre at its Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Innovation Lab in Bengaluru. The new facility is designed to help financial institutions explore advanced AI capabilities, co-create tailored solutions, and build prototypes for innovative applications by combining TCS’s domain expertise with Google Cloud technologies.
The centre focuses on developing agentic AI-driven solutions to improve agility, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance personalisation, and boost operational efficiency across the BFSI sector. Clients will now be able to leverage Google Cloud’s Gemini models and Agentspace technologies alongside TCS’s AI platforms.
Victor Morales, vice president of global system integrators partnerships at Google Cloud, said, “Our collaboration with TCS, highlighted by the new Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre, underscores our commitment to empowering financial institutions with advanced AI capabilities.” He added that connecting Google Cloud’s innovations with TCS’s industry knowledge will support BFSI clients in accelerating digital transformation, elevating customer experiences, and strengthening operational efficiency.
Krishna Mohan, vice president and global head, Cloud Unit at TCS, said, “By harnessing the full potential of Google Cloud, our Gemini Experience Centre empowers BFSI organisations to shorten delivery cycles and reimagine customer experiences. Through the centre’s rapid prototyping capabilities, clients can move from legacy limitations to cloud-enabled possibilities delivered at scale and speed for successful AI-led IT transformation.”
Through this collaboration, TCS is enabling financial firms to use AI-powered contact centre agents that provide real-time guidance, business insights, and sentiment analysis. The partnership also supports software development by integrating AI tools across all stages, from requirement gathering to design, testing, and deployment.
The new facility also integrates the TCS BaNCS suite on Google Cloud, which will help BFSI clients make better banking decisions and deliver a seamless, personalised experience for customers across multiple touchpoints. TCS and Google Cloud plan to expand these AI-powered BFSI offerings to other TCS innovation labs around the world, beginning with TCS’s Pace Port London later this year.
TCS has also been recognised with five Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards this year, covering financial services and insurance, application development, AI, data and analytics, and talent development in the Asia Pacific region.
