Apexon and Aisera Partner to Launch Unified AI Agent Solution for Autonomous Enterprises

Apexon, a technology services firm focused on building intelligent enterprises, has announced a strategic partnership with Aisera, a leading provider of agentic AI solutions for businesses. The two companies have joined hands to introduce a unified AI agent platform designed to accelerate the shift towards autonomous operations. The collaboration combines Apexon’s expertise in data transformation with Aisera’s agentic AI platform.

The partnership aims to help enterprises move away from fragmented and reactive workflows by adopting intelligent agents that act proactively on real-time data, coordinate multi-step processes, and deliver measurable business results across IT and business functions.

The initial focus will be on high-impact sectors such as high technology, insurance, claims management, and energy and utilities. These industries are expected to benefit significantly from intelligent automation and data-driven operations to enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Apexon contributes decades of experience in modernising enterprise data ecosystems. Its capabilities include seamless integration across legacy and cloud environments, optimised data pipelines, and ensuring large-scale AI-ready data availability. The company’s expertise in platform engineering and architecture design further supports scalable deployment of agentic systems. Apexon’s integration accelerators and industry-specific frameworks also enable rapid adoption across different sectors.

The collaboration comes shortly after Apexon’s launch of AgentRise, its next-generation platform for building intelligent enterprises. AgentRise is designed to embed agentic AI into the core of business operations, offering industry-specific intelligent agents that integrate deeply with enterprise systems, data, and workflows to enable autonomous decision-making and deliver real business impact.

Aisera’s agentic AI platform complements this with advanced AIOps and AI Service Management features such as real-time telemetry, predictive remediation, and automated service requests. With pre-built connectors to widely used platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC, Aisera enables faster deployment and immediate benefits, including reduced ticket volumes, better service efficiency, and an improved employee experience.

Mukund Kalmanker, Global Head Data, Analytics and AI Practice at Apexon, said, “Our partnership with Aisera is grounded in a shared vision to help enterprises realize the full potential of Generative AI and Agentic AI in their journey to become Intelligent Enterprises. By integrating our strengths—Aisera’s intelligent automation and Apexon’s depth in Data and AI engineering—we’re empowering organizations to move beyond experimentation and achieve enterprise-wide impact, where intelligent agents autonomously make decisions, orchestrate complex processes, and deliver measurable business value.”

Abhi Maheshwari, CEO of Aisera, added, “Partnering with Apexon allows us to extend the reach of Aisera’s platform into new enterprise segments with a strong foundation of enterprise-grade data readiness. Together, we’re enabling customers to move beyond basic automation toward true Agentic AI solutions—ones that are proactive, adaptive, and context-aware.”
