hitch has announced the appointment of Pranaya Kumar Mishra as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mishra will lead the company’s operational strategy, improve efficiency, and strengthen its position as a leading provider of digital financial solutions in India.
Mishra most recently served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Green Circle Environment Pvt. Ltd, Uptula Ventures Pvt. Ltd, and CPED Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for managing complete operations across multiple companies, covering business development, sales in both B2B and B2G segments, marketing, human resources, financial management, and project delivery.
Before that, he worked as Chief Executive Officer at Armatus Technology Pvt. Ltd, where he oversaw nationwide operations in IT infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions. He also built strategic partnerships with government organisations, universities, and corporate clients. His leadership contributed to growth through innovative strategies, P&L management, and operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Mishra served as Chief Executive Officer at OSMOSIS and SWOSTIM IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd, managing domestic and international markets across the US, UK, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Africa. He delivered software products, SaaS-based solutions, IT infrastructure, and e-commerce platforms, while leading cross-functional teams to expand market presence globally.
His career also includes leadership roles at Swash Convergence Technologies Limited, Luminous Infoways Private Limited, and OPT India Pvt. Ltd (SAP Ariba Associate), where he played a key role in enterprise sales, government projects, product launches, and international market growth.
Mishra began his professional journey in sales and marketing with Luminous Electronics Ltd and ICFAI University, developing strong skills in business development and relationship management.
