Gurugram-based supply chain platform Prozo has announced a strategic investment from actor and entrepreneur Ranbir Kapoor. Known for his business acumen and involvement in ventures like ARKS and Mumbai City FC, Kapoor’s backing signals growing recognition of robust backend infrastructure as a critical driver in the consumer economy.
Prozo is a tech-enabled, full-stack supply chain platform that integrates warehousing, freight, and fulfilment into one unified system. It operates through proprietary tools such as ProWMS, ProShip, and the Control Tower, which provide real-time visibility and service-level-agreement-based operations across B2B, D2C, and marketplace channels.
Speaking about the partnership, Ranbir Kapoor said, “Every brand today needs speed, consistency and adaptability. Prozo’s systems give brands that edge. I’ve seen how great execution builds trust and Prozo is enabling that behind the scenes.”
Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO of Prozo, who is a former naval doctor and McKinsey consultant, welcomed Kapoor’s support, stating, “Ranbir brings creative depth and strategic thinking. His belief in reliable operations mirrors our ethos, and we’re excited to build with his support.”
Prozo currently supports over 150 brands including The Minimalist, Neemans, Comet, Beardo, Snitch, Traya, Powerlook, and PhonePe. The company operates across 42 tech-enabled warehouses spread over 2.2 million square feet and serves more than 24,000 pin codes across India. Its current annual revenue run-rate stands at ₹250 crore.
The company has raised $20 million from Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia. With this momentum, Prozo plans to expand into more cities, enhance its automation capabilities, and increase the use of predictive analytics. The platform is also focusing on tailored fulfillment solutions for MSMEs and quick commerce brands, along with strengthening its Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery services to meet the expectations of modern consumers.
