MERGEN Launches Largest ServiceNow Center of Excellence in Hyderabad

MERGEN has officially launched its largest ServiceNow Digital Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, aiming to accelerate enterprise workflow transformation and support digital innovation. The new CoE, already staffed with over 50 ServiceNow experts, is set to double its headcount by early 2026 to meet growing demand from businesses leveraging the Now Platform.

The CoE has been established with an initial investment of $500,000 and operates from a 150-seat facility at the MERGEN Global Delivery Center. An additional 8,000 square feet has been designated for future expansion, backed by an extra $500,000, taking the total committed investment to $1 million.

Over the next year, the CoE is expected to create more than 50 new roles in artificial intelligence and workflow automation. This move will support quicker project delivery, entry into four or more new industry verticals, and significant growth in MERGEN’s ServiceNow-certified talent base.

With a focus on enabling businesses to adopt and scale digital workflow solutions using the Now Platform, the CoE will deliver tailored, end-to-end services across key modules such as ITOM, CSM, IRM, ITAM, SPM, AIOps, and industry-specific solutions like OTSM, TSM, PSDS, FSM, and ERP modernisation.

MERGEN’s domain expertise spans across financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and hospitality, public sector, energy and utilities, and business services, both in India and globally.

Commenting on the launch, Mahanth Mallikarjuna, Founder and CEO of MERGEN, said, “The launch of our Center of Excellence for ServiceNow strengthens our commitment to delivering greater execution speed, operational efficiency, and business value for our growing client base. The CoE will focus on building industry-specific solutions, accelerating project execution through low-code and AIOps capabilities, expanding into new verticals, and growing our certified talent pool to support evolving client needs.”

Ganesh S. Lakshminarayanan, Group Vice President, Sales and Managing Director, India and SAARC, highlighted the importance of MERGEN’s initiative in India’s AI journey. “MERGEN’s new ServiceNow Center of Excellence comes at a critical moment in India’s enterprise AI journey. In our recently launched Enterprise AI Maturity Index, we clearly show 68% of Indian leaders are still defining the skills and strategies needed to fully leverage AI. MERGEN’s investment in talent, platform expertise, and industry-specific solutions plays an important role in supporting this evolution. We look forward to working together to help businesses simplify operations and unlock greater value through AI-driven transformation.”

The CoE will also support both greenfield and brownfield ServiceNow deployments, offering managed services and full-scale implementation tailored to client-specific requirements.

MERGEN’s notable implementations already include AI-powered telehealth in healthcare, enhanced supply chain efficiency in manufacturing and logistics, and cloud-based transformations in retail and telecom—showcasing the company’s capability to address industry-specific challenges and scale growth through innovation.
