Bengaluru-based B2B fintech company Perfios has introduced a new GenAI-powered Intelligence Stack designed to improve efficiency in the banking, financial services and insurance sector. The company claims the AI-first platform can deliver up to three times higher operational productivity by digitising and automating complex workflows across institutions.
Backed by Warburg Pincus and Kedaara Capital, Perfios has developed four GenAI solutions as part of this new stack. These include Compass, an internal chatbot assistant built with domain knowledge; Data Intelligence Bridge, a tool for document processing and orchestration; Prism, an API-first AI gateway; and a Medical Insurance Claim Adjudication solution for advanced analysis of insurance claims.
According to Perfios, early usage of these tools within its own teams has led to a 40 percent rise in productivity, indicating the real-world potential of the technology. The Intelligence Stack uses large language models, machine learning, and vision-language models, and has been built by a team of over 30 data scientists along with machine learning engineers and domain specialists.
Perfios said it has redesigned financial workflows by placing AI at key decision points instead of simply adding AI tools on top of existing systems. This new approach is expected to bring deeper automation and smarter decision-making across financial and insurance operations.
Perfios aims to use this platform to help institutions improve turnaround times, reduce manual work and unlock better insights through intelligent automation.
