Norman Roberts has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Prescient Investment Management, a methodical investment manager.
Prescient Investment Management’s ongoing commitment to innovation and digital transformation as strategic growth accelerators is highlighted by this recently established position, which reports directly to the CEO.
Roberts brings extensive technical knowledge and leadership skills to the position, having designed and launched digital systems for more than ten years. He was a Senior DevOps Engineer and Technical Operations Manager at Ayoba before joining Prescient. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in a variety of technological fields, including as digital transformation, cloud migration, DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), and infrastructure modernization.
Roberts will spearhead the creation and implementation of Prescient Investment Management’s digital strategy in his role as CTO, fostering innovation and incorporating digital technology into every facet of the company. In order to improve customer satisfaction, expedite processes, and spur company expansion, he will supervise the deployment of scalable, cloud-native architectures, support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate across functional boundaries.

He has built and led high-performing digital teams, led enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, and provided technological solutions that have quantifiable business effect throughout his career.
