Pooja Joshi has been named Senior Director, HR Business Partner by Qualcomm, an American software and services firm.
“I’m excited to share that I’ve recently transitioned into a new role as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Qualcomm. This new chapter builds on a journey that began over 18 years ago—one filled with learning, growth, and the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds in our industry,” Joshi shared in a LinkedIn post.
Joshi has over eighteen years of Qualcomm experience, most recently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
She had previously worked at Novartis and Tata AIG.
Joshi graduated from the Institute of Technology and Management with an MBA in human resources.
