Vahan.ai utilizes AI-powered chatbot technology, known as Mitra, to simplify and enhance the hiring process for blue-collar workers across various sectors in India. This innovation reduces hiring costs by 20-30% while safeguarding workers from exploitation by middlemen. Since its inception, Vahan has successfully placed over a million blue-collar workers.

Mitra is designed to streamline recruitment, boasting an impressive 2-3 day average fulfillment time, and facilitating over 20,000 placements monthly for top-tier companies like Flipkart, Zomato, Uber, and Amazon. Vahan also aids workers in managing their documentation, ensuring smooth and trustworthy employment procedures.
