Headquartered in Hyderabad, Jitendra will now be steering the company’s global delivery vision, focusing on scale, intelligence, and meaningful client outcomes through modern data ecosystems and next-gen digital strategies.
Bringing over 25 years of deep industry experience, Jitendra’s expertise lies in global delivery leadership, enterprise AI, and data modernization. Before joining Mastech Digital, he served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Data and AI at LTIMindtree. There, he managed the P&L for pivotal service lines, including Data and Analytics, product platforms, and enterprise AI, helping drive significant global adoption and platform-led growth.
His earlier tenure at LTI was marked by a dramatic scale-up of the Hyderabad delivery center from 1,000 to 6,500 professionals. He helped establish the firm’s largest AI and data practice while also earning notable partner recognitions from names like AWS and Snowflake.
Jitendra also spent nearly 18 years with Cognizant, holding leadership roles such as Hyderabad Center Head and Global Head of Analytics for BFS, where he led modernization efforts and drove strategic growth across emerging markets. His early career included impactful stints at Wipro and DSQ Software, where he delivered large-scale business intelligence projects for clients worldwide.
Beyond operations, Jitendra is an active voice in the AI and data ecosystem. He regularly participates in industry panels, policy forums, and digital inclusion programs, mentoring young talent and advocating for ethical AI adoption.
His arrival marks a critical moment for Mastech Digital as it deepens its focus on advanced delivery frameworks, data-centric innovation, and operational scale for global clients.
