His most notable tenure was at Strata Homes, a regional residential developer, where he served for ten years as CFO. During his time there, he played a vital role in not only driving financial outcomes but also shaping long-term strategic direction.
Throughout his career, Julian has lent his financial wisdom to both publicly listed and privately owned companies operating in construction, contracting, and housebuilding. His rich background blends technical precision with industry insight, making him a strong fit for Northern Bear’s future-focused ambitions.
