Docebo Names Brandon Farber as CFO

In a fresh stride towards strengthening its financial backbone, Docebo Inc. — a frontrunner in the AI-powered learning technology space — has officially elevated Brandon Farber to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Farber had been donning the hat of Interim CFO since March 1, 2025, and now steps into the permanent role with over 15 years of diverse financial expertise under his belt.

Farber’s financial journey is paved with experience across technology, venture capital, and private equity domains. Having first joined Docebo in October 2021 as Vice President of Finance, he was later promoted to Senior VP of Finance in January 2023. Prior to his time at Docebo, he held key positions at Constellation Software and Finastra, managing everything from business planning to M&A activities. His career roots trace back to KPMG Canada, where he focused on the TMT sector — telecommunications, media, and technology.

A proud graduate of Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University, Farber holds CPA and CA designations, bringing both strategic insight and analytical precision to Docebo’s executive team.

“I am honored to take on the role of CFO at Docebo. I look forward to collaborating with our leadership and board to drive sustainable growth, AI-first innovation, and an enhanced customer journey,”said Mr. Farber.

Alessio Artuffo, President & CEO of Docebo, shared his strong support for the appointment, stating:

“Brandon’s deep understanding of our business and strong financial acumen make him the right leader to help steer Docebo through its next chapter.”

Docebo, known for its powerful learning platforms infused with artificial intelligence, is currently in solid financial shape. As per common investor data, the company boasts a gross profit margin of 80.8% and annual revenue growth nearing 20%, while maintaining a strong cash position and reporting positive earnings of $0.86 per share over the last 12 months.

Even as Farber assumes the helm, Docebo faces a mixed outlook. Its Q4 2024 earnings slightly outperformed EPS forecasts ($0.28 vs. $0.27), but revenue came in at $54M, falling short of the projected $56.25M. This led analysts to adjust price targets — Scotiabank to $45 and Morgan Stanley to $43 — citing a slight slowdown in subscription momentum.
