Malaysian telecom operator Maxis has teamed up with Nokia to implement data center networking solutions tailored for large enterprises, addressing the increasing demand for AI and cloud services.
In their announcement, Maxis characterized the collaboration as a joint market initiative aimed at providing enterprises, hyperscalers, and over-the-top (OTT) service providers with enhanced scalable, secure, and automated networking capabilities to maximize the benefits of AI and cloud technologies.
Through this partnership, Maxis will deliver high-performance connectivity utilizing Nokia’s AI-driven Data Centre Fabric, a networking solution that helps data center operators improve efficiency, automation, and resilience within their cloud infrastructures.
