Strengthening its talent acquisition leadership, NatWest Group has elevated Sumeet Kumar Mishra to Associate Vice President (AVP) – Talent Acquisition. The move marks a new step in his career after nearly 4 years as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at the organisation.
Before his elevation, Mishra supported NatWest Group’s recruitment operations from Gurugram. In his new role, he will take on expanded responsibilities within the bank’s talent acquisition function.
Mishra brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive hiring, recruitment operations, candidate lifecycle management and team leadership. His professional journey spans corporate organisations and recruitment consulting firms.
Before joining NatWest Group, he worked at Naukri.com as Senior Manager – Recruitment. He also spent more than 7 years at Bean HR Consulting, where he led recruitment teams and managed end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership positions. His responsibilities included sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and final placement.
Earlier, Mishra served as Senior Consultant at GlobalHunt, specialising in CXO, Vice President, General Manager, Head and Director-level recruitment. He began his career journey in the listed roles with Paharpur Business Centre (TalentGenie), where he worked as a Senior Recruiter, handling high-volume hiring and full-cycle recruitment processes.
With experience across corporate and consulting environments, Mishra brings a broad understanding of recruitment strategy and hiring operations to his expanded leadership role at NatWest Group.
