Mastercard has appointed Ritika Khanna as Director/Senior Managing Consultant, bringing more than 12 years of experience across strategy, consulting, payments, analytics and digital transformation.
Khanna has built a significant part of her career at Mastercard, where she previously served as Managing Consultant and Associate Managing Consultant. Her experience at the company includes working on global strategy projects, payment optimisation, fraud and chargeback initiatives, analytics and digital transformation across APAC and other markets.
Before returning to the new role, Khanna also worked as a Strategy Consultant at Siemens, gaining experience in strategy and business transformation.
Earlier in her career, she held several roles across consulting, education, investment banking and intellectual property. She worked as a Quant Faculty at Unacademy and IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd., where she was involved in quantitative education and training.
Her professional journey also includes an Investment Banking Analyst Intern role at Barclays Investment Bank, followed by a Business Analyst position at ZS Associates/ZAS Construction Services (Pvt) Ltd.
Khanna began her career as an Associate – Intellectual Property at UnitedLex, adding experience in intellectual property services to her broader professional background.
Across her career, Khanna has worked on strategic and analytical assignments spanning payments, financial services, fraud management, digital transformation and business strategy. Her experience across multiple markets and functions adds to her consulting and transformation expertise.
In her new role at Mastercard, Khanna will continue to build on her experience in strategy, payments and digital transformation while taking on broader leadership responsibilities.
