
The LEGO Group has elevated Nitika Nagpal to Head of Marketing, Singapore, Malaysia & APAC Travel Retail, expanding her responsibilities across key Asian markets and bringing nearly 2 decades of experience in brand marketing and commercial growth to the role.
Nagpal will lead marketing across Singapore, Malaysia and the company’s Asia-Pacific travel retail business. Her mandate will cover brand growth, go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, consumer engagement and market expansion.
Before taking up the new role, Nagpal served as Brand Marketing Director, UK/Ireland at the LEGO Group. Her experience with the company has included leading brand marketing initiatives and developing strategies focused on consumer engagement and business growth.
Earlier in her career, Nagpal worked as Senior Manager at MediaCom and Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. She began her professional journey with Tata Administrative Services.
Across nearly 20 years of experience, Nagpal has worked across brand building, portfolio management, marketing strategy, consumer engagement and go-to-market planning.
In her expanded role at the LEGO Group, she will focus on strengthening the brand across Singapore and Malaysia while supporting its travel retail business across the Asia-Pacific region.
