Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has strengthened its leadership team with the elevation of Shri Farokh Patel as Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) & Compliance Officer and the appointment of Shri Kinjal Shah as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In his expanded role, Patel will oversee CDSL’s regulatory and compliance functions, bringing deeper leadership focus to areas that support the organisation’s evolving responsibilities within India’s securities market.
Shah joins CDSL as CTO, taking on the technology leadership mandate as the organisation continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities.
Both leaders bring extensive experience to their respective roles, adding to CDSL’s regulatory, compliance and technology leadership as the company prepares for the next phase of growth in India’s securities market.
