Lohia Corp Limited has broadened its digital leadership structure by elevating Jagdip Kumar from Chief Information Officer (CIO) to Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). The move comes as the company increases its focus on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data-driven innovation and technology-led business growth.
As CDIO, Kumar will oversee a wider digital and technology strategy. His responsibilities will extend beyond traditional IT operations to include enterprise-wide digital strategy, AI and GenAI adoption, data-driven decision-making, digital experiences and technology-led business transformation.
