RateGain has appointed Shobana Kailash as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing more than 2 decades of experience in people leadership, organisational development and workplace culture across global markets.
In her new role, Kailash will support RateGain’s growth and technology-led transformation as the company advances its AI strategy, expands across North America and Europe, and integrates Sojern.
Kailash has worked with organisations and teams across more than 30 countries, giving her extensive international experience in building high-performing teams and developing workplace cultures that support business growth and transformation.
Before joining RateGain, she held leadership positions at Amazon, Freshworks, IQVIA and Hubilo, which was acquired by Brandlive. Her experience across these organisations has exposed her to diverse business models, workplace environments and international markets.
A key part of her mandate at RateGain will be helping build a workforce that embraces AI as an integral part of everyday work. Her focus will extend beyond technology adoption to ensuring employees and teams evolve alongside the company’s broader technology-driven transformation.
Her appointment comes as RateGain strengthens its international presence across North America and Europe. The integration of Sojern also adds another layer of organisational change, requiring the company to align its people, culture and capabilities with its evolving business priorities.
Kailash’s experience across global organisations and more than 30 countries brings an international perspective to RateGain’s people strategy. Her background in building high-performing teams and workplace cultures will support the company’s efforts to create an organisation that can adapt to changing technology and business needs.
As CHRO, she will play a key role in shaping RateGain’s people and culture agenda during its next phase of growth, helping align its workforce with the company’s AI-led and technology-driven strategy.
