Rallis India has appointed Sridhar Radhakrishnan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with the appointment taking effect from November 4, 2026. The company’s board approved the move at its August 20 meeting following recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee.
Radhakrishnan brings more than 21 years of finance experience across multiple industries. Before joining Rallis India, he served as CFO of Tata Consulting Engineers for around 4 years. His previous roles also include positions at Tata Sons, Tata Chemicals and Tata Teleservices.
He is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
CFO transition at Rallis India
Bhaskar Swaminathan will step down as CFO of Rallis India effective November 4, 2026, as he moves to another Tata Group company. Swaminathan had informed the board of his decision to leave the position as part of the transition.
Rallis India is an agrochemical and agriculture solutions company and operates as a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals. The company exports its products to more than 58 countries.
