Adani Healthcare has elevated Neha Lal to the role of Associate Vice President, expanding her leadership responsibilities across business planning, strategy and organisational growth.
Neha brings more than 25 years of experience across business planning, operations management, human resources, healthcare administration, quality improvement and strategic management. Her multidisciplinary background combines operational leadership with people management and healthcare quality expertise.
Before joining Adani, Neha spent over 14 years with GCS Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre in Ahmedabad. She most recently served as Senior General Manager – Operations & HR, after previously working as General Manager – Operations & HR.
During her tenure, she handled hospital operations, marketing, human resource planning and management, and quality improvement. The experience gave her a broad understanding of healthcare operations and organisational management.
Earlier, Neha served as Senior Hospital Administrator at Sankara Eye Care Institutions India, Senior Manager – Clinical Applications & Quality at Shalby Hospitals and Clinical Administrator at Sterling Hospital.
Since 2016, she has also served as a NABH Assessor with the Quality Council of India, contributing to healthcare quality and accreditation.
Neha has also been involved in academic and industry development. She currently serves as Visiting Faculty for IIM Bodh Gaya’s MBA – Hospital and Healthcare Management programme.
Earlier, she was a Member of the Industry Advisory Committee for the MBA in Hospital Administration & Healthcare Management at IIM Jammu, where she contributed to industry-academia alignment and future-focused healthcare management.
In her expanded role at Adani, Neha will draw on her experience across operations, people management, healthcare quality and strategic planning to support business priorities and organisational growth.
