InvoiceCloud, Inc. has strengthened its India leadership team with the appointment of Sharon Joy as Head of Human Resources, India.
Based in Hyderabad, Joy will lead the people strategy for the company’s Global Capability Centre (GCC), covering talent, leadership, culture and employee experience.
Her appointment comes as InvoiceCloud expands its Hyderabad GCC into a key centre for technology, product development and operational excellence. In her new role, Joy will work with Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader, and Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud’s Boston headquarters, to develop an HR strategy supporting the company’s growing innovation mandate.

Joy brings more than 20 years of experience in people strategy across technology, consulting, financial services and product-led organisations. She joins InvoiceCloud from Centime Inc., where she served as Senior Director of Human Resources for more than 6 years and managed HR operations across India and the United States.
Earlier, she held roles at Cognizant, Optum Global Solutions, Virtusa, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra. Her experience includes talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, diversity and inclusion, HR operations, leadership development and organisational transformation. She has also worked with cross-functional teams across India, the United States, Ireland and the Philippines.
