TCS and Google Cloud open Mexico AI center to accelerate enterprise adoption

Enterprise AI adoption is gaining momentum in Latin America as TCS and Google Cloud open a new Gemini Experience Center in Mexico City. The facility is designed to help businesses move beyond AI experimentation and implement practical solutions focused on innovation, productivity and data-driven decision-making.

The centre is TCS’ 9th Gemini Experience Center globally and its 2nd in Latin America, following the launch of its first centre in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2025. Located at TCS’ Mexico City office, the facility will help organisations develop and deploy AI solutions across industries.

According to the company, the centre features more than 3,000 industry- and context-aware AI agents developed by TCS using Gemini Enterprise. These agents can integrate with customer environments and support use cases including intelligent process assessment, fraud investigation for financial institutions, automated insurance claims processing and generative AI-powered data acceleration.

“As AI reshapes how organisations compete and create value, unlocking its full potential depends on giving businesses the right environment to adopt and apply AI with confidence,” said Javier Carrique, Head of Partners and Alliances for Latin America at Google Cloud.

At the centre, TCS will combine its consulting, engineering and innovation capabilities with Google Cloud’s technology ecosystem. The companies said the facility will help enterprises bridge the gap between AI trials and implementation while reducing the time needed to deliver business outcomes.

The centre will develop industry-specific AI solutions for financial services, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and energy and utilities.

“The Gemini Experience Center, launched by TCS, brings advanced AI capabilities closer to enterprises in Mexico, helping them turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions,” said Marcelo Wurmann, CEO of TCS Latin America. “Together with Google Cloud, we are creating a space for organisations to explore how technology can transform their operations and add greater value.”

The launch is part of TCS’ wider strategy to expand its global innovation centre network and promote responsible AI adoption. TCS has operated in Mexico since 2003 and currently serves more than 260 clients with a workforce of more than 12,000 associates across Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Monterrey.
