Revvity has elevated Ajita Pansare to the role of Senior Director HR – Global Growth Markets Region & Global People Intelligence, Systems and Governance COE, expanding her responsibilities across global human resources leadership.
With over 2 decades of experience across IT, Energy, and Lifesciences & Diagnostics sectors, Pansare has contributed to business partnering, HR transformation, talent strategy, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and global organisational growth.
In her expanded role, Pansare will continue leading the Global Growth Markets region covering Latin America, Asia (excluding China), India, Poland, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. She will also head the Global People Intelligence, Systems and Governance COE, focusing on building AI-enabled people transformation initiatives.
The global function will work towards integrating people technology, governance, analytics, digital systems, and operational excellence to create scalable, data-driven, and employee-focused HR solutions. Additionally, Pansare has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Revvity’s India entities, further strengthening her strategic leadership responsibilities.
Her elevation builds on her long leadership journey with Revvity and its predecessor, PerkinElmer. During her tenure as Senior Director HR, Global Growth Markets & Global IT, along with various leadership roles across Global Growth Markets, IT, India, Emerging Markets, and the Gulf region, she has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy.
Pansare began her career at Quinnox Consultancy Services Ltd. as Senior Manager – Human Capital Management and later worked at Reliance Energy Limited as Senior Officer, developing expertise in strategic human resources and organisational development.
Having spent 15 years with Revvity (previously PerkinElmer), Pansare has consistently led global initiatives and continues to contribute to innovation, transformation, and business growth.
