Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro benchmark listing reveals key specifications ahead of launch

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy F70 Pro has appeared on Geekbench, offering a closer look at its expected hardware ahead of its anticipated launch. The latest benchmark listing suggests the smartphone will share its processor with the recently launched Galaxy M47. Its appearance follows multiple certification listings, indicating that the device could be introduced soon.

The Geekbench listing, carrying the model number SM-E476B, reveals that the Galaxy F70 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and Android 16. The smartphone achieved a 998 single-core score and a 3,090 multi-core score. The listing also identifies the motherboard codename as parrot, while the CPU configuration and Adreno GPU match the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 platform.

Before appearing on Geekbench, the handset was also listed on Samsung India’s website, the BIS certification portal, and the Bluetooth SIG database, further pointing to an upcoming launch.

Previous reports suggest the Galaxy F70 Pro may feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The phone is tipped to include a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). Other expected features include NFC, an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.

The smartphone is expected to run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16, with Samsung reportedly planning to offer up to 6 years of Android OS updates. It may also feature a leather-like rear panel, continuing the design language seen on recent Galaxy F-series devices.

A previously leaked retailer document suggested the Galaxy F70 Pro could be available in 3 storage variants. The 6GB + 128GB model may be priced at Rs. 32,999, while the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB versions could cost Rs. 36,999 and Rs. 41,999, respectively.
