In these positions, she built expertise in HR operations, payroll governance, employee relations, compensation, HR systems, compliance, process excellence and employee lifecycle management. She also contributed to establishing Microsoft’s global HR Service Centers and strengthening HR governance across Central and Eastern Europe.

Before joining Microsoft, Stoian spent more than 4 years at Reinvent Consulting as a Human Resources Specialist, managing recruitment, HR process design, payroll administration, labour law compliance, organizational restructuring, acquisitions, employee relations, learning initiatives and HR systems implementation. She also led the implementation of Charisma HR, supporting organizational transformation initiatives involving more than 1,000 employees.
