Tata Digital has appointed Snigdha Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy as Tata Digital continues to expand its consumer technology platforms and strengthen the growth of its flagship super app, Tata Neu.
As CHRO, Snigdha will oversee people strategy, organizational culture, leadership development, talent management, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. She will work closely with business leaders to build a future-ready workforce that supports the company’s growth across digital commerce, fintech, travel, lifestyle, healthcare and other consumer technology businesses.
Before joining Tata Digital, Snigdha served as Vice President – Human Resources (Organization Effectiveness, Culture & CSR) at Tata Consumer Products, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership development and corporate social responsibility.
Earlier, she spent nearly 5 years at OYO, progressing through leadership roles including Vice President Human Resources, Assistant Vice President and Director. During her tenure, she led the Global Rewards & Mobility Center of Excellence across India, the U.S., the U.K., Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia. She also served as the HR leader for OYO’s international businesses and emerging business verticals, including Weddingz, Workspaces, Student Housing, and Luxury & Upscale Hotels.
Prior to OYO, Snigdha spent more than 5 years at Cipla, where she advanced to the role of Associate Director and led HR for the company’s Respiratory division across North, East and Uttar Pradesh markets. She also held HR leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, supporting manufacturing operations, and began her career through management trainee assignments at Tata Motors, Godrej Industries, ABN AMRO and HPCL.
With extensive experience across strategic HR, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, global mobility, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, compensation and benefits, change management and CSR, Snigdha brings a strong leadership background to Tata Digital.
Her appointment highlights Tata Digital’s continued investment in strengthening its people capabilities as it accelerates innovation and expands its digital ecosystem.
