DTDC Express Limited has promoted Narayan Singh as Head – Sales & New Business Development (Integrated Commerce). With more than 15 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, express delivery, enterprise sales, and business development, he will lead the company’s Integrated Commerce sales strategy across India.

In his new role, Narayan will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition, enterprise partnerships, market expansion, and integrated logistics solutions. He will also lead DTDC’s nationwide sales efforts across its same-day, 2-hour, 4-hour, and 6-hour delivery services.

This marks another key milestone in Narayan’s journey with DTDC Express Limited. He joined the company in December 2025 as Lead – Sales & Growth (Rapid Commerce), where he played an important role in launching DTDC Raftaar and building the company’s Rapid Commerce business from the ground up. During this period, he led strategic customer acquisition across D2C, retail, and enterprise segments, developed go-to-market strategies, established commercial frameworks, and built the Rapid Commerce sales organization that supported DTDC’s integrated commerce expansion.

Before joining DTDC, Narayan served as Head – Quick Commerce (D2C, Marketplaces & Aggregators) at Pico Xpress. He led sales and business development for express logistics solutions across India, working closely with the founders to expand enterprise partnerships, strengthen customer retention, scale the company’s 30-minute delivery platform, and build rider networks across Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.

Earlier, he spent nearly 3 years at iThink Logistics as Director – Sales and Business Development (Enterprise & SMEs), leading enterprise sales, business expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships across India’s e-commerce logistics sector.

Prior to that, Narayan spent nearly 4 years at Xpressbees, progressing from Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager and later Manager – Business Development. During this time, he managed enterprise accounts, expanded customer relationships, negotiated commercial partnerships, and contributed to business growth.

His professional journey also includes roles at Delhivery, where he managed sales across Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Indore, and Goa, followed by commercial positions at CRISIL Limited and Justdial. He began his career as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank, building expertise in customer relationship management and financial services.

Throughout his career, Narayan has developed expertise in integrated logistics, quick commerce, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, market expansion, commercial negotiations, customer acquisition, and sales leadership. His experience in building scalable logistics businesses and leading high-growth sales teams is expected to support DTDC’s integrated commerce growth.

Narayan holds an MBA in Marketing from Sinhgad Institute of Management, providing him with a strong foundation in strategic marketing and business leadership.
