Hocco has promoted Roli Shrivastava to the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), recognising her significant contribution to the company’s brand growth and marketing transformation. In her new leadership role, she will oversee marketing for Hocco Ice Creams, Hocco Restaurants, Hocco Eateries, Hocco Foods, and Huber & Holly Ice Creams, leading integrated brand strategy and customer engagement across the group’s food and beverage portfolio.

With over 14 years of experience, Roli has built expertise in brand building, marketing strategy, consumer engagement, sales, digital commerce, and business growth. Her experience spans FMCG, food services, e-commerce, and telecommunications, positioning her to support Hocco’s next phase of expansion.

Roli joined Hocco in 2018 as General Manager – Marketing and has played a key role in the company’s growth journey. Over the years, she progressed through leadership positions including Assistant Vice President – Marketing and Vice President – Marketing. During this time, she helped strengthen the company’s brand identity, expand consumer reach, and lead marketing initiatives across its growing portfolio.

Before joining Hocco, Roli was Brand Communications Manager at Zomato, where she managed integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, content strategy, and performance analysis to improve brand engagement. Earlier, she spent nearly 3 years at Snapdeal, holding roles including Senior Manager – Marketing Strategy, Manager – Marketing Strategy, and Category Merchandising Manager. She led 360-degree marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, exclusive product launches, and digital merchandising initiatives.

She began her career at Airtel, serving as Young Leader, Territory Sales Manager, and Zonal Sales Manager. These roles gave her valuable experience in sales execution, market expansion, distribution strategy, and customer acquisition.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Roli will lead Hocco’s overall marketing strategy, strengthen brand equity, drive innovation, and deliver integrated customer experiences across the company’s portfolio of restaurant, ice cream, and food brands while supporting its long-term growth plans.
