A key feature of the phone is its dedicated AI button, which activates a voice assistant. Students can press and hold the button to ask general knowledge questions or receive homework assistance. The phone also comes preloaded with educational resources, including math formulas and English vocabulary, providing learning support without offering unrestricted internet access.

For parents, the device includes comprehensive monitoring features. Built-in GPS enables real-time location tracking, while geofencing sends alerts whenever a child enters or leaves predefined locations such as a school or neighborhood.

Through a companion app, parents can remotely manage the device by blocking unknown callers, scheduling when the phone powers on or off, and enabling Classroom Mode. During school hours, Classroom Mode limits the device to displaying the time and allowing only emergency SOS calls.

Lenovo has also integrated a QR code-based mobile payment system. Children can make in-store purchases, while parents can monitor transactions and set spending limits through the companion app.

The AI Student Phone comes with a detachable lanyard for easy carrying and is available in orange-white, pink, and blue color options.

Separately, Lenovo has also refreshed its GeekPro desktop lineup with an Intel Core i7-14700F processor, NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti graphics, and 24GB DDR5 memory. The company has also introduced an affordable full-size gaming keyboard with RGB lighting.
