Atlas Systems has appointed Pankaj Chawla as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its AI-powered technology services. In his new role, he will lead the growth of Atlas Systems’ IT Services business, with a focus on accelerating AI-driven solutions, strengthening client partnerships, and helping organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through digital transformation.
Pankaj brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across information technology, digital transformation, enterprise software, consulting, and business development. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled businesses across North America, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets, with expertise spanning revenue growth, strategic partnerships, AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation.
Before joining Atlas Systems, Pankaj served as Chief Executive Officer of Paramcares LLC, where he advised startups and growth-stage companies while completing a Post Graduate Program in AI & Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin. During this period, he led multiple AI and machine learning initiatives, developing predictive models for inventory optimization, industrial safety, renewable energy, banking, immigration, and retail analytics.
Earlier, he was Senior Vice President at eMudhra, leading secure digital transformation initiatives focused on digital identity, PKI, electronic signatures, identity and access management, and authentication technologies.
His leadership journey also includes senior executive roles at Livinguard, Equivital, Genpact, 3i Infotech, Logica, Satyam, Silverline, and GE Capital, where he led business expansion, revenue growth, market development, and large-scale technology transformation programs across multiple industries.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Pankaj will play a key role in accelerating Atlas Systems’ growth strategy by expanding AI-enabled technology services, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering innovative digital solutions that create long-term business value.
