Bhavin Turakhia launches Neo to bring AI into everyday enterprise workflows

As businesses continue to expand their use of artificial intelligence, serial entrepreneur Bhavin Turakhia has launched Neo, an AI-native work platform designed to bring work, knowledge and AI-driven execution into one connected ecosystem. Turakhia has committed $30 million of his own capital to build the new venture.

Neo enters the market as many organisations seek practical ways to move beyond AI experimentation and improve business productivity. According to Turakhia, the biggest challenge is not the capability of AI models but the fragmented nature of enterprise data, knowledge and workflows.

“Most organisations fail to capture the value of AI because context is fragmented, knowledge is scattered across teams and tools remain disconnected. Neo changes that by centralising context and making AI a first-class participant in every workflow, not a tab beside it,” Turakhia said.

The Neo Suite includes Friday, an AI assistant, co-worker and agent layer connected to more than 1,000 external applications. It also features Tasket, a project management platform, Studio, a knowledge management platform for documents, spreadsheets and diagrams, and Drive, a file-sharing workspace where users and AI agents can collaborate on files.

The platform is built around the idea that the next stage of enterprise AI will focus on execution, with AI becoming an integrated part of daily business operations instead of a separate tool.

Turakhia has more than 2 decades of experience building global technology companies. He previously co-founded Directi, Radix, Titan and Zeta. Directi’s web businesses were acquired for $160 million in 2014, Titan reached a valuation of $300 million after an investment from Automattic, and SoftBank-backed Zeta is currently valued at around $2 billion.
