Neeraj Ahuja to lead Forcepoint's regional marketing strategy as cybersecurity investments grow

Forcepoint has appointed Neeraj Ahuja as its Senior Regional Manager – Marketing, strengthening its marketing leadership in India as enterprises continue to increase investments in cybersecurity, Zero Trust, data security, and digital transformation.

In his new role, Ahuja will lead regional marketing initiatives focused on enhancing brand visibility, accelerating pipeline growth, strengthening partner collaboration, and supporting customer acquisition across India.

Ahuja brings extensive experience in cybersecurity marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, partner marketing, and sales enablement.

Before joining Forcepoint, he spent more than 3 years at OpenText, where he served as Marketing Manager – India, Cybersecurity & Observability Service Management. Prior to that, he held several marketing leadership positions at Micro Focus, driving go-to-market strategies across cyber resilience, hybrid IT, security risk governance, big data, and information management solutions. Following OpenText’s acquisition of Micro Focus, he continued leading cybersecurity marketing initiatives for the combined organisation.

Throughout his career, Ahuja has developed expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, partner ecosystem development, analyst relations, media engagement, and sales enablement. He is known for translating complex technology offerings into compelling market narratives and has led thought leadership programmes, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic demand generation initiatives that support business growth across the cybersecurity and enterprise technology sectors.

Earlier in his career, Ahuja served as Software Marketing Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he led solution marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing initiatives. He has also held leadership roles at Sahara India, Dun & Bradstreet India, Religare Enterprises, and R.K. Inc., gaining broad experience across enterprise marketing, brand strategy, events, and customer engagement.

His appointment comes as Forcepoint continues to expand its presence in India by strengthening customer-focused engagement and strategic marketing to support organisations prioritising cybersecurity, data protection, and secure digital transformation.
