Kraft Heinz strengthens digital and technology capabilities with Bengaluru GCC expansion

Strengthening its presence in India, The Kraft Heinz Company has announced the opening of a new office in Bengaluru as part of the expansion of its India Global Capability Center (GCC) operations.

The Bengaluru office will complement the company’s existing GCC in Ahmedabad, which will continue to serve as the primary hub for GCC leadership and core operations. The new location will support select global functions while enhancing Kraft Heinz’s capabilities in digital, data, and next-generation technologies.

Since launching its India GCC in 2023, Kraft Heinz has expanded the center to nearly 1,000 employees, building strong expertise across supply planning, procurement, and several other critical business functions.

According to Serge De Vos, the expansion reflects the strong performance of the company’s India teams and will play an important role in accelerating capability development and value creation across global operations.

Preeti Naval Kumar noted that the new Bengaluru office reinforces Kraft Heinz’s long-term commitment to talent development and growth in India, while supporting the company’s evolving business and technology priorities.
