Strengthening its leadership talent strategy, Nike has appointed Katelyn Mangan. In her new role, she will oversee executive hiring initiatives worldwide, focusing on attracting and securing senior leadership talent to support the company’s long-term growth, innovation, and business objectives.
Katelyn brings more than 8 years of experience within Nike, having held several talent acquisition leadership positions across the organization. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Director, Global Supply Chain, where she led strategic hiring efforts across the company’s global operations.
During her tenure at Nike, she has also held key roles including Talent Acquisition Lead, Internal Talent Acquisition Manager – Innovation, Product, Design and Merchandising, and Talent Acquisition Design Recruiter. Through these positions, she played an important role in building high-performing teams across multiple business functions and supporting the company’s evolving talent needs.
Before joining Nike, Katelyn served as Store Manager at Free People, where she led retail operations and talent development initiatives. Earlier, she worked as Brand Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and spent nearly 6 years with Juicy Couture as Flagship Store Manager. These roles provided her with valuable experience in leadership development, team management, customer engagement, and organizational growth within global consumer brands.
With expertise spanning executive recruitment, talent strategy, leadership hiring, workforce planning, and organizational development, Katelyn brings a strong people-focused approach to talent leadership.
Her appointment reflects Nike’s continued commitment to building world-class leadership teams capable of driving innovation, fostering inclusion, and supporting sustainable business growth across its global operations.
