Known for driving brand transformation, consumer growth and omni-channel marketing strategies, she has played an important role in building culturally relevant and emotionally engaging brands across multiple consumer categories.
Before joining Heads Up For Tails, Shrutie held leadership positions at Kama Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd., House of Beauty, Colorbar Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. and Future Group.
Over the years, she has developed strong expertise across brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital transformation, retail growth, customer engagement, influencer marketing, public relations and luxury consumer brand management.
